Night out at Maisons

Last night, Me Ming Drew Jboy and Noelle went to Maisons, its a club in KL. Started with all of them coming to my place, and since im the elected driver, i drove them there. Gahah damn packed man that place! I put one foot in the club, straight away see a cloud. Damn bloody hazy, full of ciggerette smoke. Very crowded as well, couldnt get anywhere without rubbing against lots of people. So we squeezed round n round looking to find a table, ended up sharing with some of jboys friends.

Then they got out the whiskey, one bottle for 4 people. I had like 6-7 cups, ming had about that much as well, drew had abit more. I kinda drank noelles share since she dissapeared to take some shots with jboy lol.

After that, we all danced. Damn packed man i tell you.

Alot of sluts, all exposing here-exposing there, the three guys damn drunk liao, they went and danced with random chicks hahaha. I wasnt drunk at all, so couldnt make myself rub hips with a stranger, so dance only lah, hahaha.


After 2 or so hours, i went to the toilet, had to pee. Came out i saw jboy ming n noelle, jboy was totally wwwaaaasssttteeeeddddd maaaaaaaan........ He puked all over the floor, then locked himself up in a cubicle, i dont think he will appreciate me saying what he did in there, so i wont say anything. Seeing how the dog was already in alcohol-land, noelle said we should go. NOW. (she had another reason as well, but think she wouldnt appreciate me saying either). So i went and got drew, the feller still dancing like a mad-hog.

Once we got out, all the action began. Jdog was vomiting on the floor again, this time drew joined in. Went to an alley, where drew slept on the road, ming was there too, wanted to puke but not puking.

Long story short, we dragged everybody into the car, then drove to noelles house (with her giving the directions) where we stayed the night.

Slept for like 2 hours, then we left 1st thing in the morning to my house. Where me ming n drew had breakfast in the coffeeshop, dog still unconcious sleeping on my bed. They recovered after awhile, then left.

Would like to thank noelle for NOT GETTING DRUNK, high five we were the only sober ones XD. And directing me your house. We would have gotten lost if it werent for the directions.

That was one hell of an experience. Hahaha

12th of December, well i guess it could be called an eventful day for me. My parents bought me my 2nd phone!! The 1st one was a nokia 6600, chubby and reliable. But its been 3 years d, its starting to decay. So i got a replacement ahah.

Back from genting

Came back today, after the one night stay in Genting. When we were waiting to check in, i wandered into the casino. Lol the guards didnt giveashit, i must admit, this is the 1st time ive been in a casino. Well, actually the 1st time was in america, like 10 years ago, but i didnt really remember anything. There were slot machines, card games, roulette and stuff.

OK! Happy already rite, can masuk? Mana tau i tried again, walked with my mom this time, the guard looked at me :"Mana ic?" I asked the age restriction, the bugger said 21.

Ah well, at least we got to see the Kitaro concert. Most of my buddies dont know who he is, and i dont blame them. His music is uh...... Satu macam one. New Age, i think its called.

The concert was really good. Kitaro had 4 other musicians with him. He conducted the songs, played the harp, electric guitar, harmonica, drums, synthesizer (sp?), thai-pot-things, organ, flute, war trumpet, gong, and 20 other instruments i havent even seen before. Oh, and he shouts and howls as well. lololol.

This feller is really one in a billion. Glad i got to see him live.

My Long Awaited Absence of Presence

Been away for like one week now? lol havent been online in that period as well. Went to uh.... Penang to visit my grandma. So obviously no internet connection there lah. I try to parasite other peoples wireless network also boh. Really an old people neighbourhood.

Coming back, me bro had a golf tourney. So we stayed in ipoh for two days while he played. Ok lah, the bugger got 8th place, not good enought for a prize, but still reasonable.

Todays is..... Friday. Tomorrow morning im heading off to Genting. Coming back on Sunday. Main purpose is to watch a Kitaro concert. My mom bought tickets lol. To those who dont know who Kitaro is.. He is an old feller that likes drums.

Watched this show with Ming and Jboi, fetched both of them there lol (Im off the hook, I CAN DRIVE). Really kickass action, too bad they cut out some of the uh..... more interesting parts...... They tried to follow as closely as they can to the Hitman game on ps2, bald head, red tie, the whole package.

Recommended movie, really nice!

Last Post?

Two of my old friends came over yesterday, Matthew and Ian. Knew them for at least 13 years already hahaha. Sorry if i ignored any msgs on my phone or on msn!!! Was too preoccupied lol.

Since i only blog when im bored, or something really interesting comes up, i think this would be my last post in quite awhile.

Home Sweet Home

Guess what? Im back.

Woke up at 1am Malaysian time, straight away started doing last minute packing. Blablablabla came back at 8pm. Bloody 16 hourish flight, my neck hurts. Didnt get much sleep cause sitting beside me was some bengali family. AIYO headache man, the children jumping up and down round and round. Fart also smell worse than jdog. Cannot sleep man!

Anyway. Got home then straight away went out to have dinner/supper/makan with the Sesats. All three of them pretty much the same, just the outside different only lol. Ming took us to Williams. Name sounds decent but the mamak is really street side one. While eating there i saw 5 roaches, 1 rat, and a cock eyed-waiter. Home sweet home lol.

Slept at like 1 after staying up for 24 hours, woke up at 5am lol. Damn hungry now. I might go visit my good friends house later, see if he is in onot.

P.S. Thanks Ming for driving us around, really apprecieate it. I WILL RETURN THE FAVOR (hopefully)

The Last Supper

Our manager went crazy again. That old man satu macam wan, mood swings 24/7. Some times damn bloody hell acting like a bull that got poked. Other times acting like guanyingma. This time he invited everybody to dinner. At 1st i didnt wanna go, but then he told me that there are some that he doesnt want to invite, and that i should go. So ok lah, free dinner, go lah.

WHOA I TELL YOU...... He booked a special corner inside of the restaurant, not the paria seats outside, got 60inch plasma tv, pool table. Guys get beers, girls can choose beer or juices. For appetizers we had 2 bowls of Nachos, 2 plates of.... something. Got cheese, meat, crackers, olives, etc.etc.

Main course is 6 pizzas, 2 bowls of spaghetti, 2 bowls of beef salad, 2 bowls of some cheesy thing, and god knows what else i lost count. The waiter was bringing the food in, he said :guys you look like you are having the last supper or something.. HAHAHAHHA. After that some of us had ice cream for dessert, i ate till my stomach was literally about to burst.

I walked to town to buy myself a weighing scale in order to weigh my luggage this afternoon. Cost me 30$, RM75 for a weighing scale, damn expensive man.

Anyway, i got home and hopped onto it. Guess how much it reads?

Tell you what, im going to shove a cork up my ass and stop shitting for one year. Maybe that will help me gain some cursed weight. Seriously, i give up. Gaining weight is impossible.

The Orange and I

Exams are coming up tomorrow, so to take a break from studying, i decided to entertain you guys with a senseless post.

As some of you might know, i absolutely HATE eating fruits. So i dont know what came over me today. After lunch, i walked past that fruit bowl in the kitchen, but this time, i did a double take. That orange looked so special sitting on a pile of apples. I HAD to eat it.

Took it back to my room, stared at it, and started peeling. Couldnt figure out how to.

I mean, for 18 years ive been watching people peel oranges with their hands before eating them, it looked so simple! Start from the top, peel the skin, eat the fruit. Call me a stupid moron, but by all that was holy, i couldnt get it done.

This was after i worked on it for a few minutes.

couple minutes later, PROGRESS WAS DOUBLED!

then i had a breakthrough, finally made a hole big enough to see the juicy fruit in there. So with my two hands smelling like oranges, with some skin in-between my fingernails, i kept peeling

VIOLA!

Finally getting rid of the skin, i put one slice into my mouth and chewed on it.

And remembered why i hated eating fruits in the 1st place, immediately after chewing on it, my mouth started tingling. Allergy? I dont know, but my mouth got damn itchy, this is what happens when i eat fruits. Thats why i havent had a fruit since god knows when.

So yeah, i figured the 1st fruit i ate this year was worth a post. lol. I hope i dont die from a sudden overdose of vitamin C

Graduation

Classes officially finished 1 or 2 weeks ago, and the graduation ceremony was held on Thursday.

Ended up 30% of the students didnt turn up, and of those that did, 50% wear normal clothing lol. Best one was my ang mo friend, Fred. He came with a t-shirt, sandals, and short pants. Hahahahaha, all sorts of people there. From nice beautiful dresses, to coats and ties, to people like Fred.

During the ceremony, they handed out awards for academic achievements. I didnt get anything academic-orientated lah, the prize i won was a rugby world cup thing that the CEO organized.

You see, the CEO was a former manager of the 2nd best rugby team in New Zealand, so he was quite excited about the rugby world cup. He organized some rugby picking thing online, and invited all of us to join. I didnt know shit about making rugby picks, so i just went with the favorites all the time. And i won lol. (if you dont understand what i just said, nvm. Point is, my prize is more expensive than all the others)

That brings my year of learning in NZ to an end, the only thing left is exams. After that, one day of packing, then im off to Malaysia.

Thoughts and Moods

Few days ago when i was walking to class, i saw one guy dribbling a nike ball. Just so happens he was dribbling directly towards me. Kinda made me think of all the times i spent playing futsal with the guys back home. Getting hit by the ball, diving, tackling, missing saves.

Just a couple more days, i'll be back home. But, will everything still be the same? Ive seen people that change in the course of a year, behaviour, attitude, everything. Its like they become a whole new person, be it for better or worse.

With that said, i would like to tell everyone that I AM STILL THE SAME PERSON THAT LEFT MALAYSIA A YEAR AGO.

Spend one year overseas, and you find out that you have been taking things for granted at home. Food is one thing. The food here is great (sort of), but it doesnt compare to the diversity of Malaysian food. Canai, hawker food, western, its all there.

Another thing is family, ur mom or dad bossing you around may piss you off, but i have actually come to miss it. Seeing how some people here are brought up and what they have become, im VERY thankful that my parents gave me a good childhood. Seriously, ive seen small kids here that swear worse than my friends in Malaysia.

The story of my internet connection.

Ok, the speed is decent now. Time to make a proper post.

As some of you already know, my internet connection is crap. Cant change the current setup im having, because its a hostel thing, we got to stick with the internet plan, or pay through your nose. Ive been complaining to the internet company since march. They always reply to my emails, so at 1st I thought maybe they actually care about their customers, not like back home in malaysia.

Well, they dont, all they do is reply, nothing else.

After 7 months, they sent me this email:

Sent them the screenshots, and the other things they want me to do. (Had to wait 5 minutes to open the page to reply them). What do they do? They ask me to install some software onto my comp, let it fill with data then send it back to them.

Screw it lah, if they dont want to send people here to actually FIX the problem, im not going to co-operate.

Hahaha, last Saturday night was supposed to be a big "party" for the ang mo's. A yearly event or something of that sort lah, but this time it turned into a riot.

What can you expect? Alcohol+brainless guys+loud music+gasoline = CHAOS

Riot police had to break the morons up. In the end, there were 70 fires, 63 arrests, and 2 burnt vans. My friend got arrested lol, not for setting the van on fire, but for keeping the fire alive XD

Web Design Assessment

A few weeks ago, we had a course on web designing. We had to use the Dreamweaver software to create webpages, and how to use the functions and features in that program.

At the end of the 2 week lesson, we had to sit for a web design test! 40 minutes in the Computer labs, to make a website with the desired features. This exam is worth a certian percentage in the end-of-year results (not sure how much though)

I am freaking tired. Got back from the touch rugby inter-class tournament few hours ago, I havent ran that fast since...... Jdog called me a robot. We lost, but we had tons of fun. Free beers too! Had me a few cans, it tasted like piss though, thats why im guessing its free.

OKOK heres the real reason for the update.. After the match right, my english and biology teacher came up to have a chat with us. Small talk lah, no topics in mind. Conversation went something like this-

English teacher: oh by the way this is Stewart, the biology teacher. I know most of you in this class dont take biology."
Stewart *points at me squatting on the floor* : I know this feller does Biology. Bloody good at it too! Oi did you tell her your biology results? A+! Nothing beats an A+!

Then they talked abit more about how smart i was.

I can say that the western and asian cultures are very VERY different. Come on, i mean, even the mind set is different. Take education for example....

Asians: very kiasu, study hard, dont ask stupid questions or you kena kao kao

Where have you been, all these years?

Finally, after so long.......

I learned how to play poker! YEah!!!! Its an awesome game, the best card game out there i think. What i find so great about it is that you can call bluffs, meaning body language, facial expressions, etc etc are all an important part of the game.

My buddys in the hostel taught me how to play last night, so i played a few games with them.

Was the 1st one to go broke in the 1st game.

Won the 2nd game..... Too bad we werent playing with real cash

Hair Experiment 101

Since coming to NZ, ive had.... 4 hairstlyes i think. Good eh?

Normally back in Malaysia, it was either... botak, close to botak, or SPIKES. Over here, i left my hair uncut for urm... 6 months i think. Looked kinda alright, but i decided to shave it all away in the end XD

I love Biology

The best thing i like about biology, is that its not just all textbooks. You get to go on field trips, museums (boring, but better than sitting on your arse all day), and cutting stuff open!

So on that day, we walked to the Zoology labs. Thats where we normally have our weekly laboratory sessions. but this time, guess what we saw on our tables!!!

this is my rat, i named him chucky

The lecturer gave us a brief walkthrough of what we were spossed to do, by demonstrating a dissection on his own rat. So we watched, some flinched, some groaned.. I was itching to get started.

DISSECTION FOR DUMMIES: VOLUME 1

1st step: use tweezers, firmly pull up the skin. Use sciccors and CUT

Once a hole in the skin is made, use sciccors to cut a line through the body. Peel back the outer skin to reveal the mucsles.

Next, cut the mucsles and peel it back. Now we get to see the internal organs! Starts to get real stinky from here.

kay, i am not a psychopath. The lecturer told us to yank out the small intestines. This is to see how long it actually is. AND ITS DAMN LONG

After the dissection, decorate your rat!

This was the 1st of two dissections in the first semester. The other one was the heart and lungs of a sheep. Didnt take any pictures, cause i figured i should start acting like a student, not a photo snapping tourist.
